HomeChoice is a completely FREE, online system for Consumer Directed Services which allows Individuals to take full control of their services and self direct the care they receive. 

HomeChoice was developed as a response to underserved individuals who have waivers but struggle to find providers to service their needs.  Each year, thousands of hours of services go unused by waiver recipients, and HomeChoice was developed to help individuals and families to fully utilize their waiver benefits.
